What time does my trash need to be at the curb?
Trash needs to be at the curb by midnight the night before your scheduled collection day.
Does trash inside my cart have to be bagged?
We do recommend bagging your trash so that it can be cleanly dumped by our drivers. Our drivers will not reach down into the cart or can to remove stuck/frozen trash.
What holidays might affect my collection day?
Dumpster Diva observes New Years’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (Fourth of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day on the days on which they fall. If your collection falls on or after a holiday, it will be one day later that week. We do collect on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Columbus Day and Veterans Day.
Where should I place my trash can?
Place cart on a level area with no more than 3 ft. from the street, with wheels away from street and lid opening to the street.
Keep 3 ft. away from any object such as a mailbox, vehicle, tree, basketball hoop, etc.
Trash Cart: Use trash bags and keep lid closed. Drivers will not reach into carts to remove items frozen to the bottom.
How do I dispose of a refrigerator or air conditioner?
These items can be disposed of for an additional pre-paid fee. Please contact us before setting these types of items out for collection.
How many trash bags can I set out per collection day?
Dumpster Diva's Waste Disposal fee is $25.00 per month for one trash bin, for once-a-week trash collection. This amount covers only the trash bags that fit inside of the one trash bin with the lid closed. Any bags left outside of the bin or stacked above the lid level will incur an additional fee added to your next month's invoice. If your home frequently has more trash bags than what fit inside of one trash bin, we encourage you to request 2 or more trash bins, depending on your needs.

¿Dónde debo colocar mi contenedor de basura?
Coloque el contenedor en una zona nivelada a no más de 90 cm de la calle, con las ruedas alejadas de ella y la apertura de la tapa hacia ella. Manténgalo a 90 cm de distancia de cualquier objeto, como un buzón, un vehículo, un árbol, una canasta de baloncesto, etc.
Contenedor de basura: Use bolsas de basura y mantenga la tapa cerrada. Los conductores no introducirán las manos en los contenedores para sacar objetos congelados.
